Irish Oatmeal

We’ve all heard of, and probably had, traditional oatmeal before, but Irish Oatmeal is a little bit different. What exactly is Irish Oatmeal? The short answer: steel cut oats, which take longer to cook than traditional oatmeal. For our Irish Oatmeal, we serve you up a bowl of steel cut oats with your choice of two toppings: dried cranberries, roasted pistachios, chopped dates, or brown sugar. In keeping the healthy mindset, we recommend the roasted pistachios and chopped dates for a taste bud-winning combination!

Build Your Own Scramble

If you like to do the choosing in making sure your breakfast is a healthy one, the Build Your Own Scramble is the perfection option for you! You can request that we make an omelet or scramble you eggs, and from there, choose the fillings!

You can stock up on veggies, as we offer the choices of spinach, crimini mushrooms, asparagus, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, shallots, artichoke hearts, avocado, kalamata olives, or poblano peppers. You can choose to add in cheese, if you wish, and select from cheddar, swiss, provolone, brie, goat cheese, pepper jack, American, blue, or feta. Finally, choose from bacon, Canadian bacon, sausage, chorizo, corned beef, or ham if you want to add some additional protein into your scramble!

Roasted Beet Salad

Looking for lighter fare for brunch? Check out our Roasted Beet Salad! We take organic spring mix, tossed with a citrus vinaigrette, and top it with roasted beets, roasted walnuts, fennel, and blue cheese crumbles. If you would like you add some protein, you can add healthy grilled chicken.

Cobb Salad

The classic Cobb Salad is always a favorite of our customers, and is a healthy option for lunch as well! The base consists of organic spring mix, then we toss the salad with your choice of dressing, and top it off with chicken breast, hard boiled egg, bacon (of course), avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, bleu cheese crumbles, and house made croutons.

Caprese Sandwich

Looking for something that’s healthy and substantial, but not a salad? The Caprese Sandwich might just be what you’re looking for! A Caprese salad is light and refreshing, and so is this sandwich. We take your typical Caprese ingredients, tomatoes, fresh basil, and mozzarella, and place them on fresh bread drizzled with olive oil and a balsamic vinaigrette. Delicious, light, and healthy!
