Last but not least, taking a lunch break is so important. If you find yourself feeling frustrated with the work you are doing, stepping away and coming back to it an hour later can give you a new perspective. So take the time to step outside and grab a bite to eat, which will most likely help with your overall work satisfaction and productivity.
